I am a queer, neurodivergent hair stylist with 13 years experience working behind the chair. Specializing in haircutting and lived-in, low maintenance hair color. I received my cosmetology license after training at a Regency Beauty Institute in the suburbs of St. Louis in 2012. I worked and continued my education behind the chair in the St. Louis area for 8 years, where I had regular opportunities to train with educators from top brands. I moved to Seattle in the spring of 2020. I have worked at high paced and slow pace Salons and each experience has allowed me to choose a slower pace so I can slow down a perfect my craft. This allows me more time to have in-depth consultations and to understand my client’s identity, lifestyle, and educate them on the care and maintenance that would be required to maintain their hair at home. Am very detail oriented in my work. Every breaststroke and haircut is done with intention to allow for aesthetically pleasing, long lasting, and low maintenance results. My color applications can leave the salon, knowing that their color will look good and grow out seamlessly for 3 to 9 months with little to no salon maintenance. Her wellness has become my main focus in my hair styling and coloring services. Improving and maintaining the integrity of my clients hair is always my number one priority. Since the products we used to color and do colorize hair can cause damage all of the chemical services I provide will include a wellness, strengthening and/or hydrating treatment.
